MOBILE SERVICE BOOKING POLICY AND COVID-19 PROTOCOL:

Please have a face covering when the Massage Therapist arrives. Your temperature will be checked with a contactless thermometer. The room where the massage therapy will take place should be well ventilated. If you do not have a central AC, please leave a window opened and AC or a fan on. You will be required to keep your face covering on while laying face up on the massage table. You do not need to wear your face covering while facing down on the table, however if you choose to wear a mask while facing down, the massage therapist will not have a problem.

*IF COVID PROTOCOL IS NOT FOLLOWED: THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND FULL PAYMENT IS DUE THE SAME DAY.

Our Booking Policy:

Thank you for visiting us and allowing us to bring the spa and healing experience to you. Please be advised that all services are 60 minutes each and clients are responsible for providing 1 Fitted Sheet, 1 Flat and Pillow case for the Massage Session. However, the therapist will provide linens upon request for a $10 fee. You do not need to have your own table. However, if you use your own table, you can use your table. 

Also you will be required to wear your face shield while lying face up. If you do not have a face shield of your own, you can purchase a Fancy Face Shield for an additional $5. You can choose one to your liking.....we have many fun choices.

Only the massage therapist and the client is allowed (unless a minor) in the treatment areas during the entire massage session. No children, pets, etc are allowed in the area to ensure the safety of everyone. 

The full payment of the session is due 24 hours before the scheduled treatment. If payment is not received, the appointment will be canceled.

Cancellation Policy:

Payment is expected BEFORE treatment begins. If payment is not received 24 hours before your service, your session will be canceled. 

Choose Massage LLC has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less before your appointment or if you do not show up for your appointment without advanced notice, you will be charged the full amount.

All appointments are to be confirmed by Annetta Childs before final booking is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation once approved.

For late appointments, I will do my best to accommodate your session duration without affecting the sessions of clients booked after you.

I require credit card information to hold your appointment time. I suggest booking your appointment at least a week in advance as I can often book up very quickly.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refunds will be given.

Inappropriate interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Draping is required.

Gratuity is not included, nor required but greatly appreciated.

If your appointment is canceled due to the massage therapist, a full refund will be given.              

TIME LIMITS FOR SERVICE

Specials, Flash Sales & Promotional Priced Services MUST BE completed within 30 days of purchase date. 

Regular Price Services MUST BE completed within 60 days of purchase date. 

Packages MUST BE used within 90 days of purchase date.
