HOW TO BOOK THE SERVICE:

To book please contact 845-443-1280 (text or call). Please provide the date, location, and the exact number of people in your party. We are only responsible for providing lash extension and massage services.

 HOW IT WORKS: 

The therapist/technician will come to your location.

The lash technician/massage therapist will set up the work area.

You will be positioned to apply the lashes. The lash will be applied underneath your natural lashes to give it a more realistic look. The quick lash is applied within 20 minutes. The lashes will last 2 to 4 days. This is the best option for people with allergies or individuals who are inexperienced with lashes.

*Quick Lash is for temporary use.

The massage session will be for the duration of the application of the lashes. 

Be advised that there will be time needed between each session for cleaning and to set up for the next client (approximately 10-15 minutes). This additional time is required for proper cleaning and service.

ex. 20 minute lash & massage time + 10  minute clean up/set up time (Extended for new COVID protocol)  

*20 min massage = 2 clients per hr

Choose Massage LLC & Unique Beauty LLC will provide all necessary equipment for services rendered.

Example:

Lashes- bring glue, lashes, cleaning supplies, etc.

Massage- bring table, music, massage oil, cleaning supplies,  etc.)

Additional Information: 

Contracted company/person(s) will provide a clean, quiet space large enough to handle the chair/table massage (approximately 8ft. x 8ft.minimum) with a working electrical outlet, working light, and accessible bathroom.

The technician/therapist will be available for the number of hours contracted. The technician/therapist will work on the clients during those hours. Company/Person(s) is responsible for coordinating employees'/person's  interests and creating a schedule prior to the arrival of the technician/therapist. The technician/therapist will be paid for the hours contracted regardless of the number of clients worked on.

The technician/therapist will take an unpaid one hour lunch break (for events 3.5 hours or longer)

Every 2 hours the technician/therapist will take a paid 15-minute break.

Fee/time requirement will be determined based on number of employees/attendees prior to the event. If the company/event coordinator decides to add additional time, additional fees will be collected with the approval of the technician/therapist.    

 SERVICE PRICING: 

Choose Massage LLC & Unique Beauty LLC’s services are offered by the hour with a minimum of 2 hours for ON SITE for Lash & Relax event.  

Package Price: $110 per hour + $40 Minimum Travel Fee per technician/therapist (within a 20 mile radius) 

*This is a mobile service.

Parties/Events outside the 20 mile radius require a higher travel fee: $1.50 per technician/therapist

Lash & Relax events require a 50% deposit to hold your day and time.
