BOOK YOUR SPA PARTY

*DUE TO COVID-19 YOUR PARTY MUST BE NO MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE AND THAT INCLUDES THE HOST

 

Everyone must sign off on a release form, have their temperature taken, and wear a mask during service. The space must be well ventilated and only the therapist and client must be in the designated area. The massage therapist are also required to wear PPE (personal protective equipment) during the service.

HOW TO BOOK A SPA PARTY:

To book a private event or spa party for any occasion, please contact 845-443-1280 (text or call). Please provide the date, location, and the exact number of people in your party. We are only responsible for providing massage services. 

Each spa party guest chooses between a

20 minute massage- $45

                                         Or

30 minute massage- $60

*Traveling fee: $40 Minimum Travel Fee per therapist (within a 20 mile radius) 

(Parties/Events outside the 20 mile radius require a higher travel fee: $1.50 per mile)

Table Massage

Body Scrub Treatments (Must have full bathroom or shower) - $30 (10 minutes)

You can choose one of the three (lower legs, hands and feet, or back) and give your body scrub it deserves. This service uses a body scrub to exfoliate and polish your skin. A warm, moist towel (towel provided by clients) is used to remove the scrub. To finish, a nourishing body lotion is applied to make your treated area feel touchable and refreshed.

Scalp Massage Treatment - $25 (10 minutes)

Avocado oil or coconut oil is massaged into your scalp.

Avocado oil contains nutrients such as proteins, amino acids, iron, copper, magnesium, folic acid and vitamins A, B, D, and E.  All these nutrients are beneficial for hair growth. It also acts as a humectant by adding and locking in moisture. It is also a natural SPF and great for deep conditioning your hair.

Coconut oil is a natural saturated fat. The high fat content in the coconut oil may help calm scalp irritation, flaking, and itching, it protects the hair from heat and water damage. The fat in coconut oil can also help seal in hair moisture.

Cupping (areas needed) - $20

Cupping is an alternative therapy that uses suction cups to stimulate your skin and muscles. It can be done on your face or body. The suction promotes increased blood circulation, which may help relieve muscle tension, promote cell repair, and aid in other regeneration.

Aromatherapy (the entire treatment ) $10

You can choose lemon, lavender, or peppermint essential oil during your massage to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. 

Lemon - can lift the spirit, provide clarity of thinking, smooths calluses on elbows and feet

Lavender - is calming, soothes skin irritation, good for hair growth, allergy relief, soothes dry scalp, relax sore muscles because it contains analgesic properties.

Peppermint - soothes headaches, helps with energy and focus, supports the respiratory system, relieves muscle pain due to its cooling sensation and also contains analgesic properties.

HOW IT WORKS: 

The therapists will come to your office space and offer either clothed seated chair or table massage.

Massage sessions will be for 10 or 15 minute intervals. Company/Person can decide the length of the massage. Be advised that there will be time needed between each massage for clean up and set up for the next client (approximately 10 minutes). This additional time is required for proper cleaning and service.

ex. 10 minute massage time + 10 minute clean up/set up time (Extended for new COVID protocol)  

•10 min massage = 3 clients per hr

                            Or

•15 min massage = 2 clients per hr

Choose Massage LLC will provide all necessary equipment for services rendered. (Massage chair/table, music, aromatherapy, cleaning supplies,  etc.)

Contracted company/person will provide a clean, quiet space large enough to handle the chair/table massage (approximately 8ft. x 8ft.minimum) with a working electrical outlet, working light, and accessible bathroom.

The therapist will be available for the number of hours contracted. The therapist will work on the clients during those hours. Company/Person is responsible for coordinating employees'/persons  interests and creating a schedule prior to the arrival of the therapist. The therapist will be paid for the hours contracted regardless of the number of clients worked on.

The therapist will take an unpaid one hour lunch break (for events 3.5 hours or longer)

 

Every 2 hours the therapist will take a paid 15-minute break.

 

Fee/time requirement will be determined based on number of employees/attendees prior to the event. If the company/event coordinator decides to add additional time, additional fees will be collected with the approval of the therapist.    

 

SERVICE PRICING: 

Choose Massage LLC Chair/Table Massage services are offered by the hour with a minimum of 2 hours for ON SITE Chair/Table Massage.  

 

 Chair Massage: $110 per hour/ per therapist + $40 Minimum Travel Fee per therapist (within a 20 mile radius) 

 

Table Massage: $160 per hour/ per therapist + $40 Minimum Travel Fee per therapist (within a 20 mile radius) 

 

(Parties/Events outside the 20 mile radius require a higher travel fee: $1.50 per mile)

 

*Chair and table massage events require a 50% deposit to hold your day and time. Policies are the same as stated below for spa parties.

I strongly believe that your time is valuable as is mine. In my commitment to provide an outstanding experience to all of my clients, I have the following policies.

Your party day and time is reserved exclusively for you. I put aside the necessary hours in my schedule to provide a safe and spa like  atmosphere for your guests.

I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling and deposit policies.

***** A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit is required for all spa parties/events table and/or chair massage events.*****


Once your party is booked, I begin the process of planning the event and gathering necessary supplies and products to provide the best service.

I recognize that the time of my clients and myself is valuable and I have implemented these policies for this reason. When you cancel last minute, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment/party for the same time. 

​We are only responsible for the massage service. All spa parties/events are for relaxation and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a serious medical condition, please consult with your doctor for a medical diagnosis.

Each guest receiving services must fill out a health intake form and waiver prior to the event. If under age 17, the parent or guardian must fill out these forms.

These forms inform me of any medical conditions/illnesses, allergies or injuries. 

Please note: Choose Massage LLC and those who assists Choose Massage LLC will not be held liable for any medical conditions/illnesses, allergic reactions or injuries that may be caused by services at the event.

If the event needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather, Choose Massage LLC or the host/hostess may postpone the event without penalty. You must reschedule the event within 6 months to be able to use your deposit. No refunds will be given of the deposit if you do not reschedule within the 3 months.

Final payment is the responsibility of the host/hostess in the event a guest can not pay for their services. 

Final payment may be made by cash or other acceptable payments listed by Choose Massage LLC.


Your deposit amount will be deducted from the total balance.


A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

A credit card must be on file when the party is booked in case of non payment.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we will follow the COVID-19 protocol  to ensure the safety of all. If the COVID-19 protocol is violated or not met, the event will be canceled and the full payment to Choose Massage will be due immediately.
